Our storage agreements run on a rolling month-to-month basis, with storage charges paid monthly in advance. You can store for as long as you need, and the agreement renews each month until you choose to end it.
We will arrange a date and time for the collection of keys from your local office, and then you can access your unit, at any time.
Choose the day that most suits you for move in, we offer same-day access for some locations and can reserve hires for up to 14 days.
No — we supply the padlock for your container.
You simply collect your keys from us when your unit is ready.
Yes, our containers are high-quality, secure, and suitable for storage. We also have an indoor storage location in Falkirk.
We operate a secure site, but goods are stored at your own risk. You must ensure your unit is kept locked, and we recommend having insurance in place for your belongings.
Empty your container, return it clean and tidy, and remove all belongings.
Let us know your move-out date so we can close your account and arrange key return.
You can access your container during our standard access hours which may vary by location. Please note that access may be restricted if payments fall behind.
Storage is entirely at your own risk, therefore we strongly recommend insuring your goods.
Payments are made monthly in advance, goods may be disposed of to recover outstanding fees.
Yes. You cannot store anything dangerous, illegal, perishable, or hazardous. Items such as gas bottles, LPG, flammables, firearms, ammunition, chemicals, and anything that may cause damage or odours are strictly prohibited.
A deposit is required. This is refunded when the unit is returned clean and undamaged.
Just let us know before the end of your paid month that you’d like to leave. Your agreement automatically renews monthly until you tell us otherwise.
Yes — we require photo ID and proof of address when setting up your storage agreement.
